Anthony Forcina was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1984, he graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1989, Mr. Forcina graduated from Widener University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
In 1989, Mr. Forcina was admitted to practice law in Delaware. He was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1992 and Maryland in 1999. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Mr. Forcina is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association.
From 1990 through 1997, Mr. Forcina was a prosecutor with the Delaware Department of Justice.
Mr. Forcina has been in private practice since 1997. From 1997 to 2001, he represented plaintiffs in Delaware personal injury and product liability litigation.
Since 2001, Mr. Forcina has been an insurance defense litigator representing insurance carriers and their insureds in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland courts.
Immediately prior to joining Casarino Christman Shalk Ransom & Doss, P.A. in July 2019, Mr. Forcina was Delaware in-house counsel for over 11 years at a large national casualty insurance company.
