Daniel P. Daly

Daniel Daly is a native of Delaware. He attended Saint Joseph’s University, graduating in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. Following a year working for the Department of the Navy as a contract specialist, Mr. Daly studied law at Temple University, Beasley School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Daly served as an extern for the Hon. John J. Poserina of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Daly also served as a certified legal intern for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Daly was admitted to practice before the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2004. Mr. Daly was subsequently admitted to practice before the Bar of the State of Delaware in 2005. In addition, Mr. Daly is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and District of New Jersey.

Mr. Daly has been in private practice since 2005. Mr. Daly’s years of experience practicing in state and federal courts throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey have involved litigating a variety of cases, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, medical device, real estate and pharmaceutical matters.

Mr. Daly resides in New Jersey with his family and has been a member of the Oldmans Township Board of Education since 2013. He has served as Board President since 2015. Additionally, since 2014 he has served as a member of the Oldmans Township Planning Board.
